VIEC has been sending students to Australia and other countries for the past 8 years. VIEC has trained counselors, most of whom have been working with VIEC since its inception, hence they have the experience and expertise to assist students.
Q: What are the different activities carried by VIEC to generate awareness about courses and the institutions ?
VIEC, in its endeavour to reach out to the maximum numbers of students, holds exhibitions and seminars in different cities. The exhibitions are held twice every year and representatives from Australian Institutions are invited to participate and give specific information about their institutions/courses to the students. This provides an opportunity for the students to get first hand information on different institutions at one place.
Q: How is VIEC better than the rest and why should I submit my papers through VIEC ?
Every year, VIEC sends its counselors from its different regional offices to Australia. This gives the counselors an experience of the actual facilities provided to the students. Hence upon coming back they are able to guide the students in a better way. VIEC also has the authority to give admissions for certain universities and TAFE, test for English proficiency and attest documents. At every step the students is guided so as to make his application stronger. This way the documents are checked twice before submitted to the relevant authority.
Q: I understand that getting a student visa is a very complicated process. Will VIEC help me in preparing the documentation and all other formalities ?
The visa process is not too complicated. The Australian High Commission (AHC) has some set of visa requirements, which have to be followed strictly. As long as the student fulfils the requirements clearly, applications are processed in time. VIEC helps students in making the file as per the AHC specifications and guides them on the process of fulfilling the requirements. The visa documentation requires proper guidance and clear understanding of the required financial documents. This is where VIEC specializes and assists the students. VIEC submits the visa application at AHC on behalf of the students.
